This site counts page views and clicks, and Google and LinkedIn measure visits.
Written against what the website actually does rather than from a template. If that changes, this page changes with it.
What the website collects
This site has no contact form, newsletter signup, or account. Fonts are served from this domain. Hosting, Vercel's analytics and page-speed measurement, Google Analytics, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag are described below.
The site measures page views, page speed, and clicks. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views, and Vercel Speed Insights records how quickly a page loaded for you. Both run on each page, including the page-not-found notice. Web Analytics also counts each click on a link or a button on those pages: the booking and email links, the symptom picker, links between pages, and the other links and buttons. An opened FAQ question is counted when that question opens. A visit to a page that does not exist is counted too. A page view records the address of the page and, when there is one, the site that sent you here. A booking or email click records the region of the page. A link between the main sections records the path and the area of the page, and an in-page hash is kept. The symptom picker records the label chosen. An opened question records the question text. Any other link or button records the region and a path on this site, the other site's name, or the button label. A click record does not include who you are, anything you type, your email address, or a query string. A link that leaves this site is recorded as that site's name, not the full address. Both tools are cookieless, both send their measurement to this domain rather than to an outside address, and both are handled by Vercel — our host, already listed on the trust page. Neither is used for advertising, and neither follows you to other sites.
The site also loads Google Analytics on each page of the site, including the page-not-found notice. The tag is a script from www.googletagmanager.com. It sends the page address, the interactions turned on for this stream, including scrolls and outbound clicks, and clicks on the booking and email links, to Google. The script can write a cookie on this site. That count is separate from the cookieless count above.
The site also loads the LinkedIn Insight Tag on each page of the site, including the page-not-found notice. The tag is a script from snap.licdn.com. It sends the page address, and an ad-click identifier when one is present, to LinkedIn at px.ads.linkedin.com or px4.ads.linkedin.com. It also requests an image from www.linkedin.com so LinkedIn can check a cookie. If JavaScript is off, the page instead requests a small image from px.ads.linkedin.com, which tells LinkedIn the site was visited. The script can write a cookie on this site. LinkedIn uses the visit for advertising measurement and for website audiences. That is separate from the cookieless count above.
Your browser reaches our host to fetch the pages, and that host records standard technical request data such as an IP address, in the ordinary course of serving a website. We do not receive, query, or analyze it.
When you contact us
If you email us or book a call, we hold what you send for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep an ordinary business record of the correspondence. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent, or share your details.
Please do not send confidential or proprietary information before an agreement is in place. If you have already sent something you would rather we did not hold, tell us and we will delete it.
If you book a call
The booking page is Microsoft Bookings and it sits on a Microsoft address, not this domain. It takes your name, your email address, the slot you pick, and anything you type into it, and it writes the appointment to our calendar. We use that to hold the call and to keep a record that it happened. The booking link also tells Bookings that you came from this website.
It is a link out rather than something embedded here, so browsing this site sends nothing to Microsoft Bookings unless you choose to go there.
Who else is involved
The processors we rely on are listed in full, with what each one handles, on the trust page. It is deliberately short, and any addition to it is a decision rather than a default.
Search-engine notifications
An operator can manually send IndexNow notifications about changes to published pages from a command line or a manually started GitHub Actions job. The payload contains the public site address, canonical page URLs, and a public ownership-verification key and its URL. It is sent to api.indexnow.org, which shares notifications with participating search engines.
The notification payload contains no visitor, email, booking, or analytics data. Browsing this website does not run the command or contact IndexNow, and no IndexNow script is loaded in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to inquiries@cryobrothers.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes
