Contact
Tell us what the facility is doing.
Use an introductory call or email to describe the operating problem and discuss whether our services fit. A brief description is enough to start.
inquiries@cryobrothers.com. Thirty minutes, no charge. You leave knowing whether we can help and what a scoped engagement would look like.
Direct
Please do not send confidential or proprietary information before an agreement is in place. A description is enough to start; fit and scope come first. Hold historian exports and anything that identifies the plant until the confidentiality agreement is in place. Cropping tag names from a trend does not make it anonymous.
What to include in your first message
- What the facility is doing, in your words
- When it started and what changed
- Which process and product — an air separation unit (ASU), a liquefier, a helium loop, a CO2 train
- Whether the plant is running, down, or restarting, and how urgent it is
- What your team has already checked, and the decision you need to make
Response
Email goes to both of us, not a queue. We will confirm whether the work fits our scope and discuss availability.
Coverage
Remote reviews use the records your team can share. On-site visits depend on location, availability, and the agreed scope; contact us to discuss the planned work.
If the plant is off and you want a second set of eyes on the trends, mark the subject line urgent.
